2 – Durable Aluminum Skeleton
Thermal aluminum of different diameters with wall thickness of 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm in the 40 43 norm is used in the frame of the Freza double tool model. While the parts of the skeleton are assembled, the joining operations are carried out by using mig welding, that is, spotting. Thus, the remaining gaps are strengthened by adding teak wire to the joints with the help of tig welding.
As a result of all these processes, the excess weld parts are ground and made ready for painting. In addition, the following operations are performed for the Freza double tool frame: Before the painting process, chromating is done to oxidize the aluminum and ensure the paint integrates well with the skeleton.
 With the chromating process, the surface of the aluminum is roughened to micron dimensions.
 Then the skeleton enters the drying oven.
 The skeleton removed from the drying oven is painted with paints suitable for outdoor use and kept in the paint oven at 200 degrees.
