Ark+Art

Rasim Koksal was born on April 14, 1985 in Istanbul. He first gained notice by his art during his childhood and his early capability in drawing and painting has led to a lifelong interest in the arts. He had his first solo exhibition during the middle school years. He continued developing his artistic interests through several workshops until high school. He was graduated from Ankara Fine Arts High school in 2004. He completed his Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts and Graphic Design at Baskent University. He has been working in private sector, meanwhile he continues to create art works for his clients. He likes combining his emotions and inner states with the language of abstract art. He says his source of inspiration can come from anywhere; a story, a memory, a dream, music or a travel.
