Product Story
Cutting and shaping wooden and metal parts requires great care and mastery. Idea-Wood carefully cuts and sands walnut wood, ensuring the surface is smooth and inviting to the touch. The metalsmith cuts the metal frame and prepares it for the powder coating process. Once the powder coating is completed, both parts are put together for final assembly. The wooden clock face and metal frame are combined with precision. The clock mechanism is carefully fitted and tested. The final step is to apply a protective finish to the watch surface. We make final checks on the watch for you. We make sure the mechanism works correctly, the frame fits perfectly and the natural beauty of the wood shines through.
