Raito

Designer Ceren Akçar, sculptor and designer Bora Bay came together in 2021 to produce raito lamps. First steps were taken while finishing the White Village project, as its interior designer Ceren Akçar was searching for a lighting object that would complement the house. Later the inspiration and idea grew and after many trials with a passion for craftsmanship, a family of lamps have formed. The team focuses on making all of its products sustainable by using recycled materials in the future. Future plans also consist of new homeware with the same materials and technique, and the same design view; raw and surprising. Raito currently works with architects, hotels and restaurants; providing lighting as a part of projects’ interior.
