I am Esra Deniz. I wanted to touch the Olive, whose branches touch the soil and the sea, and whose oil heals, with my own name. I met the olive trees that host my memories in our family garden in a village in Mersin. Our olive oil, which was never missing from our table and always offered to friends, was always spoken of with praise. During my education, while pursuing a master's degree at Istanbul Bilgi University, the essence of my future business idea blossomed around olives and olive oil. During this professionalization process, I met my advisor Müge Nebioğlu and received significant support from her. Along with olive oil tasting training, I enriched my knowledge in the agricultural and production aspects of the field. Right next to the region where I grew up stood the Mut district, with its mystical history, natural texture, and special aromatic and characteristic olive varieties. My admiration for the region was crowned with the Mut Olives, adorned with the aromas of bitter almond and freshly cut grass. And at that moment, I said, "This is my workspace." I bring to your table the olives I handpick and heartily harvest as early harvest and cold-pressed olive oil. Consume with pleasure, satisfaction, confidence, and awareness.
