Our first, balance olive oil included the best amount of polyphenols (250+) for health. She is a source of antioxidants and vitamin E. The olive oil is made of early harvest Ayvalik type of olive, cold pressed near the olive gardens and never mixed with anything else. It’s a pure olive oil, all olives originating from the same garden.
Our olive oil is packaged in a 500ml dark glass bottle, not because she’s too shy to show but to avoid contact with light and has a special stopper to minimize contact with air to keep oil tasting gorgeous until the last drop.
