Ethiopia is often considered the birthplace of coffee. The genetic diversity of the coffee beans grown here alone is greater than that found in the rest of the world. An amazing coffee from the Shakisso district in the Guji district of Oromia. Grown at an altitude of about 2,000 meters above sea level, the beans are known for having excellent conditions for coffee, with abundant rainfall and fertile soil. It is similar to the traditional Yirgacheffe but also contains additional local genotypes from plant varieties that grow in the region's forests.
It has a medium-stemmed finish with floral aroma, exceptional fresh citrus acidity reminiscent of orange and bergamot. It is characterized by persistent taste, hints of fresh fruit and spices.
