Aura Rattan Garden Seating Set (3+1+1+S) Our products are produced with specially produced synthetic rattan knitting threads. Luce Garden is produced with knitting threads imported through Wintec, which is a pioneer in the field of garden furniture products in the world. The imported rattan product is produced from 97% pe (polyethylene) material. The most important feature of the rattan yarn used in production is that it is not harmful to human health. Rattan seating groups, which are produced with a special knitting technique, resistant to water, rain, wind, moisture, cold and sun, and using UV-added top class materials, come to the fore in terms of durability compared to similar garden furniture products. The synthetic rattan material used in our products prevents negative situations such as insecticides and rotting, which are frequently seen in garden furniture. The product has successfully passed the tests for resistance to cracking and drying. ALUMINUM SKELETON In the skeleton structure of the product, fully thermal aluminum suitable for the skeleton in different diameters with 1.5 mm and 2.4 mm wall thickness in the 40 43 norm is used. In joining the parts of the skeleton, mig welding (by tailstock) joining is done. The joints are also strengthened by adding teak wire to the remaining gaps by tig welding, and the excess weld parts are ground and made ready for the painting process. Before the painting process is applied, in order for the aluminum to oxidize and the paint to fully adhere to the skeleton, chromating, that is, roughening the smooth aluminum surface to the micron scale, enters the drying oven, the skeleton coming out of the drying oven is kept in the paint oven at 200 degrees for a sufficient time by applying silicone-based electrostatic paint suitable for the outdoor area and our skeleton is ready to be knitted. Saw-toothed steel staples of various lengths are used to attach the rattan material to the aluminum frame. In addition, 19 mm long stainless saw-toothed nails are used in the braiding on the product. A 32 mm diameter stainless material protector is attached to the feet of the products whose knitting process is completed.
