After a 3-stage program, it selects the beans that best represent the original and authentic real Italian coffee aroma characteristics and taste, only with the condition of growing above 1000 meters. In order to roast the coffee beans evenly, it has added all its roasting competence and experience to its selected and roasted blends by selecting only the largest beans. Bialetti blends are left to rest for at least two weeks in temperature-controlled environments (Degassing).
