The paracords we use to make collars (paracord type III) are Commercial Grade paracords developed according to the US Military specification called Type III MIL-C-5040. In addition to its strength, it is light as a material and resistant to rotting, mold, fungus formation and UV rays. All these properties make Paracord an ideal material for collaring.  Paracord draws only 6% water. For this reason, it does not make weight when used at sea.

* We use BioThane (Made in USA) as Vegan Leather in all our leash and straps. Protected by a worldwide patent, BioThane ® ® is used in applications where durability, flexibility and resistance are important.  Easy to clean, waterproof, flexible, resistant to abrasion, fungus, bacteria, odor, moisture, lightweight and maintenance-free.
